Invoices and contact details you send us, used to prepare your supplies savings audit and to contact you about it (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract). Please remove resident names or health details before sending; we do not need them and will delete any we receive.
Business contact details from public sources (for example company websites and Companies House), used to contact care providers about our service (legitimate interests). Every email we send lets you opt out, and we will not contact you again if you ask.
We never sell your data or share your prices with suppliers or other homes. We use trusted providers to host email and files (for example Google and Cloudflare), under contracts that follow UK data protection law.
Audit files are kept for up to 12 months unless you become a customer, and deleted sooner on request. Opt-out records are kept so we can honour them.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing privacy@brookhold.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
