Most homes buy from six to a dozen suppliers. We read every invoice line and show, product by product, what you pay, how it has changed, and where the same item costs less.
When you're ready, we place regular orders with the suppliers you already use, checked against agreed prices, with your manager approving anything unusual.
Short deliveries, price creep and duplicate charges are flagged before you pay, and matched invoices go into Xero or QuickBooks already coded.
Email or photograph up to three months of supplies invoices, from as many suppliers as you like. Please black out any resident details; we only need products and prices.
We match each product, compare prices over time and against like-for-like alternatives, and look for overcharges, duplicates and price increases.
Within 10 working days: where you're overpaying, an estimate of the annual saving, and what we'd suggest changing. Act on it yourself, or ask us to.

No. Often the best saving is a better price from a supplier you already use, or catching an invoice that doesn't match what was agreed. Any change is your decision.
We use them only to prepare your audit. We don't sell your data or share your prices with suppliers or other homes, and we'll delete your files whenever you ask. Please remove resident names or health details before sending.
Brookhold is a new, independent UK company, founded in 2026 by Bosco Foulsham, who studied Economics and Management at Oxford and worked in equity research. We're early, and we'd rather say so plainly. That's why we start with a free audit: you can judge our work before trusting us with anything else.
The audit is free. If you'd like us to run your purchasing afterwards, we charge a share of the savings we can show on your own invoices. We'll quote exact terms after your audit.
No. We don't take supplier commissions or rebates. If that ever changes, we'll tell you in writing first.
